Return and Exchange Policy


You may return your merchandise for credit to your credit card or you may exchange for another item. Repack the item(s) in the box your order was shipped in and return the package to Jazzygear Sports. All items must be unused, unworn, and in brand new condition. There will be a 15% restocking fee on all items.

Shipping and Handling

We DO NOT accept C.O.D.'s on return items. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. We suggest you return your merchandise via a major postal service such as UPS or insured parcel post.

Clothing
  • All items must be unused and include the original packing
  • Items must be clean and unwashed with all tags attached
  • Once clothing has been worn/washed it is nonreturnable or exchangeable
Shoes
  • Footwear must not be worn and must include the orginal undamaged manufacture's packaging
  • Hint -- If planning to return shoes, do not wear them
  • Worn shoes cannot be exchanged or returned
Hardware (including skate/snow decks and bicycles)
  • Decks must be in original manufacturer's condition, i.e. unskated or new condition
  • Decks and Boards are not completely guaranteed
  • Assembled hardware cannot be returned or exchanged
  • We do not replace broken or pressure cracked decks
  • We are not responsible for actual deck color and/or dimensions
  • Returned decks are subject to manufacturers specifications and are at their discretion
Bags
  • All bags must be unused and in original packaging
  • Bags must not be worn if to be returned
  • Bags must be sent back with original tags and packaging
  • Bags are subject to manufacturers warranties and specification. They are subject to the discretion of the manufacturer
Defective Merchandise

JazzygearSports does not guarantee the exchange or credit of a defective item. We are reasonable and hope to provide quality products, thus if you believe a product is defective please send it back, explaining the defect. JazzygearSports will reimburse shipping charges on defective items. (up to $10) If you receive the wrong item by mistake, we will reimburse the shipping charges. (Up to $10)
