How do I return an item?

RETURN POLICY

Need to Return/Exchange your purchase? No Problem!

You can return your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date

Exchange is done without any restocking fee.  Returns are processed with a restocking fee that can range from 15-25% depending on product.  Products MUST be in the new condition when we receive them back, including tags and original packaging and boxes.  Any item determined to be NOT NEW, will be refused, returned or process as a USED ITEM RETURN  and can have a restocking and reconditioning fee as high as 50%.  All returns are at your own shipping and insurance expense.  Any original outbound shipping cost associated with this order, will be deducted from refund amount.

IMPORTANT:

If you received FREE SHIPPING on your original order and you simply changed your mind and want to return the item we have to recover the cost of shipping. You will be refunded the merchandise amount minus our shipping cost. 

Exception:  All Bikes, Scooters, Skates, Surfboards, Paddleboards and oversized items will be charged a 20% restocking and handling fee.

Return shipping is absolutely free if we made an error with your order, We will reimburse regular ground shipping back to your credit card. NO C.O.D returns will be accepted. . For your protection, we suggest you return your merchandise via FedEx, UPS or insured Parcel Post.

Clearance Items:

Sorry, all clearance items sales are final.

Custom Built Items:

No custom built items will be accepted as a return, they were customized specifically for you, so be sure and order your correct product.

ALL SHIPPING DISCREPENCIES, MISSING OR INCORRECT ITEMS MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 72 HOURS (3 DAYS) OF RECEIVING THE PACKAGE. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY CLAIMS FOR MISSING ITEMS AFTER THAT THE THREE DAY WINDOW TO REPORT.

Any item order that is custom built and not cancelled within 24 hours of order date are subject to restocking fee of 20% even if it was not shipped.

You will then receive instructions as to where to return the the product with a RMA #. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT THIS #

Once the package is returned and the product is inspected, you will receive a refund or exchange according to previous instructions. We will try and make this process as easy as possible, please follow all instructions. We do reserve the right to access a 20% restocking fee if the return does not meet the return guidelines, the product is not in new condition or with tags and or original packaging.

REFUNDS:

Refunds from a returned product are typically issued within 24 hours of the time the product arrived. It can take up to 7 days to see the refund back in your account do to Merchant processing times.

WARRANTY CLAIMS:

All products are warranted by the Manufacturer, Jazzygear Sports can't approve a replacement directly. Each Manufacturer makes their own rules. We will be happy to assist you with a warranty claim to help speed up the process. Be sure and have the following items in order to help the claim go smoothly.

Products are warranted by the Manufacturer against manufacturing defects only. This does not include normal wear and tear and damage done directly by you the user.  Most Manufacturers are very intelligent in distinguishing the difference. Misuse, abused items will not be considered and replaced.
